Can I check in or checkout at a time outside these hours?
Yes, by prior arrangement when booking only

Is there extra parking at chalets for trailers or extra vehicles?
Extra parking is available in the majority of chalets all year round.
Please inform management when booking if needed to ensure your chalet has ample parking for your needs.

Do all chalets have hot tubs and barbeques?
All chalets can have a hot tub and barbeque facilities on request,
but they must be arranged at time of bookings as extra charges may apply for the use of these facilities.

Is the house equipped with cooking utensils?
Yes, the house has all the necessary cooking utensils you will need for your stay

Are there any toiletries supplies?
Chalets are supplied with a starter pack which consists of toilet rolls per bathroom, soap shampoo and detergent.
It is the responsibility of the guest to purchase more supplies if needed.

In winter, are the driveways cleared of snow every day?
Yes, driveways are ploughed every morning after a snowfall and upon request.
